Trowel-trade bricklayer wanted in Ukhrul

Vacancy available: we are hiring a trowel-trade bricklayer in Ukhrul, Manipur. On the job you will handle: • Mixing mortar to the right consistency with sand, cement and plasticiser • Checking every course for height and level with a gauge rod • Cutting bricks to size with a bolster and club hammer or angle grinder • Erecting and working off trestles and scaffold lifts Ideally you have sound knowledge of mortar mixes and bonds (stretcher, English, Flemish); NVQ Level 2 in Bricklaying an advantage; physically fit for lifting bricks and blocks all day.
