Brickwork mason — Wrexham

Vacancy available: we are hiring a brickwork mason in Wrexham, Wales. You should have: • Own trowel, spirit level and basic hand tools • Comfortable working at height on scaffolding • Able to read construction drawings and setting-out marks You will setting out walls from the drawings and marking the brick gauge; erecting and working off trestles and scaffold lifts; installing damp-proof courses, lintels and cavity trays; buttering the perpends and tapping each brick down to the gauge; bedding in air bricks, weep holes and wall starters; building the corners (leads) first and racking back the courses. Freshers welcome — about 3 years of practice is enough. Full-time, day shift. Walk-in interviews this week.
