Day-to-day duties: • Upsell starters, desserts and beverages • Greet guests, seat them and present the menu • Punch orders through to the kitchen as a KOT (kitchen order ticket) • Take food and drink orders on the POS terminal or order pad You should have: • Prior experience as a waiter in a restaurant or hotel • Smart, well-groomed appearance and a clean uniform 3+ years on the tools preferred.
