Vacancy available: we are hiring a short order cook in Idanre, Ondo State. What we are looking for: • Food hygiene / FoSTaC certificate • Willing to work split shifts, weekends and public holidays The role involves knead dough and bake breads such as roti, naan and paratha; prepare the mise en place before each service; prepare stocks, sauces and soups from scratch; check fryer oil and change it when it breaks down; manage the tandoor and skewer kebabs.
