Cake decorator — Bindawa

Great opportunity: we are hiring a cake decorator in Bindawa, Katsina State. You will be based at a café with an on-site bakery. The role involves check finished products for colour, crumb and weight; shape loaves, rolls, baguettes and buns by hand; grease and clean baking trays, tins and moulds; keep work surfaces and equipment clean to food-safety standards; rotate stock and follow FIFO on raw materials. Requirements: • Basic cake decorating and piping skills • Accurate at weighing and following recipes 3+ years on the tools preferred. Full-time, day shift.
