Urgent requirement: counter butcher (Colorado)

Vacancy available: we are hiring a counter butcher in Mesa County, Colorado. What we are looking for: • Able to use a band saw, grinder and sausage filler • Food hygiene / HACCP certificate • Clean, presentable and friendly at the counter On a typical shift you will dress the chilled counter and rotate stock by date; take customer orders and advise on cuts and cooking; portion steaks, chops and cutlets to the ordered weights; season and marinate meat on request; stuff and link fresh sausages with casings. At least 4 year(s) in a similar role. Performance bonus on top of base pay. Full-time with occasional weekends. Walk-in interviews this week.
