Immediate opening: landscape gardener (New Jersey)

Vacancy available: we are hiring a landscape gardener in Bergen County, New Jersey. The job is in a residential garden complex. What we are looking for: • Able to safely operate mowers, strimmers and hedge trimmers • Valid driving licence for travel between sites • An eye for detail and a tidy, well-kept finish On the job you will handle: • Prune hedges, shrubs and ornamental trees with secateurs and hedge trimmers • Maintain compost heaps and the potting shed • Water beds and lawns and set up drip irrigation lines • Cut back tree branches and clear overhanging limbs • Rake up fallen leaves, grass clippings and garden waste • Mow and edge lawns with petrol and ride-on mowers Freshers welcome — about 3 years of practice is enough.
