Shakeout operator — South Goa

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a shakeout operator in South Goa, Goa. The job is in the melting bay of a steel foundry. The role involves maintain crucibles, ladles and furnace linings; melt scrap metal and ingots in induction or cupola furnaces; fettle and grind castings to remove flash and rough edges; prepare green-sand moulds and ram the sand into the moulding boxes. Requirements: • Willing to wear full PPE such as heat-resistant apron, spats and visor • Able to read simple casting drawings and job cards Part-time with flexible hours.
