What we are looking for: • Able to mix plaster to the right consistency by feel • Able to read drawings and set out work to a deadline • Proven experience hand-skimming and floating to a flat finish You will dub out hollows and uneven areas before skimming; check walls for plumb and level as you go; mix gypsum plaster and cement render to a workable consistency; apply bonding and browning undercoats to brickwork and blockwork.
