Powder coating operator — Atisbo

Immediate opening: we are hiring a powder coating operator in Atisbo, Oyo State. The job is in a busy paint shop. On a typical shift you will record batch numbers, oven temperatures and coating thickness; inspect the finish for runs, orange peel and bare patches; degrease and clean metal parts before coating; check dry film thickness with a DFT gauge in microns; hang components on jigs and conveyor hooks for even coverage. Requirements: • Willing to work shifts and overtime • Keen eye for finish quality and surface defects Performance bonus on top of base pay. Six days a week, one day off.
