Fine-dining server — Bende

We are recruiting: we are hiring a fine-dining server in Bende, Abia State. You will work at a rooftop bar and grill. You should have: • Ability to work fast under pressure during peak service • Basic numeracy for handling cash, bills and change • Prior experience as a waiter in a restaurant or hotel The role involves: • Restock side stations with sauces, condiments and napkins • Coordinate order timing with the kitchen and the bar • Pour water, wine and soft drinks and serve from the guest's left • Take food and drink orders on the POS terminal or order pad Full-time with occasional weekends.
