Landscape gardener wanted in Greene County

We are recruiting: we are hiring a landscape gardener in Greene County, Illinois. You will work in a public park. The role involves: • Water beds and lawns and set up drip irrigation lines • Prune hedges, shrubs and ornamental trees with secateurs and hedge trimmers • Lay turf and oversow bare patches of lawn • Dig over and turn the soil and prepare seedbeds • Rake up fallen leaves, grass clippings and garden waste Ideal candidate: • Previous experience as a gardener or in grounds maintenance • Happy to work outdoors in all weather 1+ years on the tools preferred. Pay around $2,800 per month, based on your experience. Performance bonus on top of base pay. Full-time, day shift. Walk-in interviews this week.
