Powder coating sprayer wanted in Carson County

Now hiring: we are hiring a powder coating sprayer in Carson County, Texas. The job is at a fabrication and coating plant. What we are looking for: • Keen eye for finish quality and surface defects • Able to stand long shifts and lift parts up to 20 kg • 1-2 years experience in powder coating or spray painting Your main tasks: • Hang components on jigs and conveyor hooks for even coverage • Keep parts properly earthed so the powder transfers well • Top up and monitor pre-treatment chemical bath concentrations • Inspect the finish for runs, orange peel and bare patches • Stack and pack finished parts without scratching the coat • Record batch numbers, oven temperatures and coating thickness At least 4 year(s) in a similar role.
