Powder spray gun operator • Etsako East, Edo

We are recruiting: we are hiring a powder spray gun operator in Etsako East, Edo. You will be based at a fabrication and coating plant. You will run colour changeovers and clean the booth between batches; top up and monitor pre-treatment chemical bath concentrations; keep parts properly earthed so the powder transfers well; set the electrostatic gun voltage (kV) and powder flow; cure coated parts in the curing oven at set temperature and time; reclaim and sieve overspray powder for reuse. Requirements: • Able to stand long shifts and lift parts up to 20 kg • Able to operate electrostatic spray guns and curing ovens • Can read film thickness gauges and colour codes Rotating shifts.
