What we are looking for: • Ability to carry loaded trays and stay on your feet for long shifts • Ability to work fast under pressure during peak service • Familiarity with POS billing and order-taking systems Day to day you will upsell starters, desserts and beverages; lay table covers with cutlery, napkins, glassware and crockery; follow food hygiene and allergen-handling rules; restock side stations with sauces, condiments and napkins.
