House painter — Brazos County

Immediate opening: we are hiring a house painter in Brazos County, Texas. Requirements: • Able to mix and colour-match paints accurately • Working-at-height / PASMA scaffold ticket an advantage Day-to-day duties: • Measure up and work out paint and material quantities • Strip old paint and wallpaper with scrapers and heat guns • Prep and prime metal, treating rust with red-oxide primer • Mix and tint paint to match colour swatches • Apply textured and weatherproof masonry coatings to exterior walls • Lay down dust sheets and protect floors and furniture Performance bonus on top of base pay.
