Head baker wanted in Izzi

Great opportunity: we are hiring a head baker in Izzi, Ebonyi State. The role involves: • Load and unload the deck oven with a peel • Check finished products for colour, crumb and weight • Decorate cakes with icing, fondant and fresh cream • Grease and clean baking trays, tins and moulds • Prove dough in the proofer at the right temperature and humidity • Pipe and fill cakes, pastries and cream rolls Ideal candidate: • Understanding of food-safety and HACCP basics • Food handler / hygiene certificate • 2+ years' experience as a baker Full-time, day shift.
