Line cook • Dikwa, Borno State

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a line cook in Dikwa, Borno State. The job is at a fast-food outlet. You will cook dishes to order on the grill, fry and sauté stations; follow standardised recipes and stick to portion sizes; monitor food temperatures and run regular HACCP checks; prepare the mise en place before each service; marinate meats and prepare curries, gravies and bases. Requirements: • Able to lift heavy stock pots and sacks of supplies • Food hygiene / FoSTaC certificate 1+ years on the tools preferred. Full-time with occasional weekends.
