Join our team: we are hiring a fry cook in Gray County, Texas. You will marinate meats and prepare curries, gravies and bases; prepare stocks, sauces and soups from scratch; follow standardised recipes and stick to portion sizes; label and date all prepped ingredients in the walk-in; manage the tandoor and skewer kebabs. Ideal candidate: • Able to stand for long shifts and work in heat • Willing to work split shifts, weekends and public holidays • Strong knife skills and speed on the line 5+ years on the tools preferred.
