Food and beverage server — Curry County

Now hiring: we are hiring a food and beverage server in Curry County, New Mexico. The role involves polish glasses, cutlery and crockery during mise en place; upsell starters, desserts and beverages; pour water, wine and soft drinks and serve from the guest's left; coordinate order timing with the kitchen and the bar; handle guest complaints and escalate to the captain or manager; punch orders through to the kitchen as a KOT (kitchen order ticket). You should have: • Prior experience as a waiter in a restaurant or hotel • Smart, well-groomed appearance and a clean uniform • Ability to carry loaded trays and stay on your feet for long shifts 6+ years on the tools preferred.
