We are recruiting: counter butcher (Kansas)

Immediate opening: we are hiring a counter butcher in Brown County, Kansas. You will work in a hotel or restaurant butchery. Day to day you will weigh, price and label cuts for the display case; keep HACCP hygiene records and sanitise the block and tools; keep halal cuts separated and clearly handled; monitor chiller and freezer temperatures to keep the cold chain. Requirements: • Able to use a band saw, grinder and sausage filler • Clean, presentable and friendly at the counter Full-time, day shift. A stable, long-term role with a friendly crew.
