Dough maker wanted in Albasu

Now hiring: we are hiring a dough maker in Albasu, Kano State. The role involves: • Monitor oven temperature and baking time for each batch • Weigh and mix flour, yeast, water and salt to the day's recipe • Rotate stock and follow FIFO on raw materials • Shape loaves, rolls, baguettes and buns by hand • Grease and clean baking trays, tins and moulds • Load and unload the deck oven with a peel You should have: • Food handler / hygiene certificate • Knowledge of dough fermentation and proving • Familiar with deck, rack and convection ovens ₦150,000 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
