Dish pit attendant wanted in Bebeji

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a dish pit attendant in Bebeji, Kano State. The job is in a hospital canteen. Ideal candidate: • Comfortable lifting heavy pots, pans and stock crates • Keen eye for cleanliness and kitchen hygiene standards • Basic food hygiene awareness (Level 2 certificate a plus) The role involves sort, dry and return clean plates and bowls to the kitchen stations; mop the floors and wipe down kitchen surfaces and splashbacks; wash chopping boards, knives and kitchen utensils; load and run the commercial dishwashing machine through wash cycles; polish glasses and cutlery and stack them ready at the pass.
