Abattoir worker — Kaiama

We are recruiting: we are hiring an abattoir worker in Kaiama, Kwara State. Requirements: • Comfortable working in cold rooms and chillers • Able to use a band saw, grinder and sausage filler • Food hygiene / HACCP certificate Your main tasks: • Stuff and link fresh sausages with casings • Weigh, price and label cuts for the display case • Keep HACCP hygiene records and sanitise the block and tools • Dress the chilled counter and rotate stock by date Six days a week, one day off.
