We are recruiting: we are hiring a production operative in Jackson County, Ohio. You will be based on the shop floor of a garment factory. The role involves stack finished cartons onto pallets and shrink-wrap them; weigh, measure and label raw materials before each batch; read and follow standard operating procedures (SOPs); apply batch codes and date stamps to the packaging. What we are looking for: • Comfortable with repetitive, fast-paced work • Aware of basic safety rules and PPE use • Keen eye for detail on quality checks Full-time with occasional weekends.
