Abattoir worker — Moray

Now hiring: we are hiring an abattoir worker in Moray, Scotland. Day-to-day duties: • Keep halal cuts separated and clearly handled • Portion steaks, chops and cutlets to the ordered weights • Dress the chilled counter and rotate stock by date • Vacuum-pack and wrap customer orders • Stuff and link fresh sausages with casings What we are looking for: • Confident knife skills and safe blade handling • Able to identify primal cuts of beef, mutton and poultry £140 per day, negotiable for the right hands.
