Kitchen cook wanted in Giade

Join our team: we are hiring a kitchen cook in Giade, Bauchi State. You will work at a fast-food outlet. On a typical shift you will keep the station clean and sanitised throughout the shift; plate and garnish dishes for a quick pass to service; follow standardised recipes and stick to portion sizes; monitor food temperatures and run regular HACCP checks; knead dough and bake breads such as roti, naan and paratha; manage the tandoor and skewer kebabs. What we are looking for: • Able to stand for long shifts and work in heat • 2+ years' experience as a cook in a busy kitchen • Familiar with North Indian, tandoor and continental cooking At least 5 year(s) in a similar role. ₦250,000 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
