Requirements: • Physically fit to lift carcasses and stand all day • Comfortable working in cold rooms and chillers • Food hygiene / HACCP certificate On the job you will handle: • Portion steaks, chops and cutlets to the ordered weights • Vacuum-pack and wrap customer orders • Stuff and link fresh sausages with casings • Take customer orders and advise on cuts and cooking • Run the band saw to cut cleanly through bone Freshers welcome — about 3 years of practice is enough.
