Join our team: we are hiring a dogger in Afijio, Oyo State. Ideal candidate: • Ability to read lift plans and rigging diagrams • Physically fit to handle heavy chains, slings and shackles • Willing to work shifts, weekends and outdoors in all weather On a typical shift you will calculate load weight and centre of gravity before every lift; coordinate tandem and multi-crane lifts with the signaller; secure loads with turnbuckles, chain blocks and lever hoists; take part in toolbox talks and pre-lift briefings; read lift plans and method statements before starting; guide loads through tight openings into their final position.
