Now hiring: we are hiring a commercial tyre fitter in Davis County, Utah. You will be based in a fast-fit workshop. What we are looking for: • Comfortable working outdoors and in all weathers • Confident operating a tyre changer and wheel balancer • Able to lift heavy car and truck tyres repeatedly On a typical shift you will balance wheels on a computerised wheel balancer and fit clip-on weights; torque the wheel nuts to spec with a torque wrench; fit new tyres onto rims and seat the bead correctly; check tread depth with a depth gauge and spot uneven wear; log fitments and advise customers on tyre wear and replacement; jack up vehicles safely and set them on axle stands.
