The role involves: • Collect parcels and documents from the despatch hub at the start of each shift • Capture proof of delivery with a customer signature or photo on the handset • Load and balance parcels safely in the rear carrier box • Keep the delivery bag and box clean and hygienic for food orders • Call or message customers to confirm the address and drop-off point Requirements: • Ability to ride safely in heavy traffic and in monsoon rain • Punctual and reliable with polite customer manners Part-time with flexible hours.
