Wood machinist wanted in Carson County

Now hiring: we are hiring a wood machinist in Carson County, Texas. On a typical shift you will cut mortise-and-tenon and dovetail joints with chisels and a mallet; build and erect roof trusses, rafters and stud partitions; plane and sand timber to a smooth, square finish; assemble bespoke and flat-pack kitchen units and fit worktops; finish surfaces with varnish, wax, lacquer or wood stain. Requirements: • NVQ Level 2/3 in Carpentry and Joinery or equivalent • Physically fit to lift, kneel and work at height We offer $3,000 per month plus benefits. Six days a week, one day off.
