Requirements: • Knowledge of pre-treatment and phosphating process • Aware of PPE, respirator and fire-safety norms On the job you will handle: • Record batch numbers, oven temperatures and coating thickness • Pre-treat parts through phosphating and rinse tanks • Reclaim and sieve overspray powder for reuse • Mask off threads, holes and machined faces with caps and tape • Run colour changeovers and clean the booth between batches • Cure coated parts in the curing oven at set temperature and time Freshers welcome — about 5 years of practice is enough.
