Immediate opening: restaurant steward (Georgia)

Join our team: we are hiring a restaurant steward in Gilmer County, Georgia. You will be based in a café. The role involves lay table covers with cutlery, napkins, glassware and crockery; raise the bill on the POS and settle cash and card payments; clear and reset tables between covers; punch orders through to the kitchen as a KOT (kitchen order ticket); pour water, wine and soft drinks and serve from the guest's left; restock side stations with sauces, condiments and napkins. You should have: • Ability to carry loaded trays and stay on your feet for long shifts • Basic food hygiene and FSSAI awareness • Familiarity with POS billing and order-taking systems At least 6 year(s) in a similar role.
