Banquet server — Brevard County

We are recruiting: we are hiring a banquet server in Brevard County, Florida. You will work at a beach resort. On a typical shift you will coordinate order timing with the kitchen and the bar; restock side stations with sauces, condiments and napkins; raise the bill on the POS and settle cash and card payments; pour water, wine and soft drinks and serve from the guest's left; lay table covers with cutlery, napkins, glassware and crockery. Ideal candidate: • Basic food hygiene and FSSAI awareness • Clear spoken communication and a polite, friendly manner Six days a week, one day off. A stable, long-term role with a friendly crew.
