Render and set plasterer — Madobi

Vacancy available: we are hiring a render and set plasterer in Madobi, Kano State. You will be based at a plastering and dry lining contractor. Ideal candidate: • Proven experience hand-skimming and floating to a flat finish • Reliable timekeeping and a strong work ethic Day to day you will fix and set angle beads, stop beads and corner beads; dub out hollows and uneven areas before skimming; mix gypsum plaster and cement render to a workable consistency; set up trestles and scaffold boards for ceiling work; apply scratch coats and key the surface for the next coat; apply bonding and browning undercoats to brickwork and blockwork. 3+ years on the tools preferred. Performance bonus on top of base pay. Full-time with occasional weekends. Walk-in interviews this week.
