The role involves: • Prepare stocks, sauces and soups from scratch • Chop, dice and portion vegetables, fish and meat • Monitor food temperatures and run regular HACCP checks • Check deliveries and rotate stock using FIFO • Label and date all prepped ingredients in the walk-in Ideal candidate: • Willing to work split shifts, weekends and public holidays • Strong knife skills and speed on the line • Able to stand for long shifts and work in heat Performance bonus on top of base pay.
