Great opportunity: we are hiring a landscape gardener in Cleburne County, Alabama. Day to day you will water beds and lawns and set up drip irrigation lines; repot nursery stock and pot on cuttings; maintain compost heaps and the potting shed; check and adjust sprinkler timers and irrigation heads; prune hedges, shrubs and ornamental trees with secateurs and hedge trimmers; lay turf and oversow bare patches of lawn. Ideal candidate: • An eye for detail and a tidy, well-kept finish • Able to safely operate mowers, strimmers and hedge trimmers • Happy to work outdoors in all weather Overtime paid at a premium rate.
