Immediate opening: we are hiring an excavator operator in Preble County, Ohio. What we are looking for: • Confident working to fine grade and tight tolerances • Able to read drawings, setting-out pegs and level pegs The role involves: • Load spoil into tippers and dumpers cleanly without spillage • Swap buckets and attachments — rock breaker, grab, ripper, auger • Inspect tracks, bucket teeth and pins for wear before start-up • Keep the cab clean and oil-free and report defects promptly • Dig foundation trenches and footings to the marked depths and levels • Excavate trenches for water, sewer and cable runs Meals and transport allowance provided.
