You should have: • Basic numeracy for handling cash, bills and change • Ability to carry loaded trays and stay on your feet for long shifts • Smart, well-groomed appearance and a clean uniform Your main tasks: • Clear and reset tables between covers • Polish glasses, cutlery and crockery during mise en place • Upsell starters, desserts and beverages • Coordinate order timing with the kitchen and the bar • Pour water, wine and soft drinks and serve from the guest's left At least 2 year(s) in a similar role.
