You should have: • 2+ years' experience as a cook in a busy kitchen • Strong knife skills and speed on the line Day to day you will label and date all prepped ingredients in the walk-in; manage the tandoor and skewer kebabs; chop, dice and portion vegetables, fish and meat; follow standardised recipes and stick to portion sizes; plate and garnish dishes for a quick pass to service. Freshers welcome — about 1 years of practice is enough. Six days a week, one day off. Overtime paid at a premium rate. Pay around ₦145,000 per month, based on your experience.
