Restaurant steward — Karu

Now hiring: we are hiring a restaurant steward in Karu, Nasarawa State. You will work at a banquet hall. Day to day you will explain the day's specials and recommend dishes; carry loaded trays and serve plated dishes to the right table; clear and reset tables between covers; restock side stations with sauces, condiments and napkins; punch orders through to the kitchen as a KOT (kitchen order ticket); raise the bill on the POS and settle cash and card payments. You should have: • Clear spoken communication and a polite, friendly manner • Ability to carry loaded trays and stay on your feet for long shifts Freshers welcome — about 1 years of practice is enough.
