Painter wanted in Jefferson County

Vacancy available: we are hiring a painter in Jefferson County, Texas. You will work at a property maintenance company. What we are looking for: • Able to mix and colour-match paints accurately • Able to read colour schedules and follow a finish spec • Reliable, punctual and tidy on site Day-to-day duties: • Mask off windows, skirting and fittings with tape and sheeting • Carry out snagging and touch-ups before handover • Apply primer, undercoat and two topcoats with brush and roller • Cut in neat edges along ceilings, cornices and door frames • Prep and prime metal, treating rust with red-oxide primer 6+ years on the tools preferred.
