Kitchen cook — Kaltungo

Join our team: we are hiring a kitchen cook in Kaltungo, Gombe State. You will work in a hotel kitchen. On a typical shift you will label and date all prepped ingredients in the walk-in; keep the station clean and sanitised throughout the shift; manage the tandoor and skewer kebabs; check deliveries and rotate stock using FIFO; prepare the mise en place before each service; follow standardised recipes and stick to portion sizes. Ideal candidate: • Food hygiene / FoSTaC certificate • Able to read and follow recipes and dockets Six days a week, one day off. Walk-in interviews this week.
