Great opportunity: butcher (Washington)

Join our team: we are hiring a butcher in King County, Washington. You will be based in a hotel or restaurant butchery. On the job you will handle: • Dress the chilled counter and rotate stock by date • Stuff and link fresh sausages with casings • Take customer orders and advise on cuts and cooking • Mince meat and prepare keema on the grinder • Run the band saw to cut cleanly through bone • Vacuum-pack and wrap customer orders Requirements: • Able to use a band saw, grinder and sausage filler • Able to identify primal cuts of beef, mutton and poultry • Clean, presentable and friendly at the counter Freshers welcome — about 1 years of practice is enough. We offer $31 per hour plus benefits. Part-time with flexible hours. Walk-in interviews this week.
