Canteen cook — Konshisha

We are recruiting: we are hiring a canteen cook in Konshisha, Benue State. On the job you will handle: • Chop, dice and portion vegetables, fish and meat • Manage the tandoor and skewer kebabs • Check deliveries and rotate stock using FIFO • Prepare the mise en place before each service You should have: • Willing to work split shifts, weekends and public holidays • Able to stand for long shifts and work in heat • Food hygiene / FoSTaC certificate We offer ₦290,000 per month plus benefits.
