Trowel-trade bricklayer • Obi, Benue State

Vacancy available: we are hiring a trowel-trade bricklayer in Obi, Benue State. The job is on a commercial construction site. Day to day you will installing damp-proof courses, lintels and cavity trays; erecting and working off trestles and scaffold lifts; mixing mortar to the right consistency with sand, cement and plasticiser; building cavity walls and bedding in wall ties and insulation. Requirements: • Comfortable working at height on scaffolding • Sound knowledge of mortar mixes and bonds (stretcher, English, Flemish) Part-time with flexible hours. Overtime paid at a premium rate.
