Crane operator — Harrison County

Now hiring: we are hiring a crane operator in Harrison County, Kentucky. You will be based in a steel fabrication workshop. On the job you will handle: • Follow hand signals and radio calls from the banksman or slinger • Keep every lift within the safe working load (SWL) • Carry out pre-start checks on the crane, wire ropes and hook block • Fill in the daily logbook and raise defect reports Ideal candidate: • Sound knowledge of rigging and slinging • Good depth perception and hand-eye coordination At least 6 year(s) in a similar role.
