Scullery hand — Nadia

Vacancy available: we are hiring a scullery hand in Nadia, West Bengal. The job is at a busy restaurant kitchen. Requirements: • Previous experience in a busy commercial kitchen preferred • Able to work fast and keep up under service pressure • Able to stand on your feet for long shifts The role involves keep the dish pit tidy, dry and slip-free throughout service; empty bins, take out the rubbish and break down cardboard; mop the floors and wipe down kitchen surfaces and splashbacks; hand-wash pots, pans and trays using the three-sink wash-rinse-sanitise method; polish glasses and cutlery and stack them ready at the pass. Full-time with occasional weekends. Overtime paid at a premium rate. We offer ₹16,500 per month plus benefits. Contact us to fix an interview.
