Vacancy available: we are hiring a head baker in Borgu, Niger State. You should have: • Familiar with deck, rack and convection ovens • Food handler / hygiene certificate • Able to lift 25 kg flour sacks The role involves: • Boil sugar syrup for glazes and icing • Knead and develop dough by hand and in the spiral mixer • Monitor oven temperature and baking time for each batch • Pipe and fill cakes, pastries and cream rolls • Weigh and mix flour, yeast, water and salt to the day's recipe • Proof and fry doughnuts, then glaze them Performance bonus on top of base pay.
